We welcome filmmakers from all over the world and short films of all genres and especially first time filmmakers who have a passion for producing films.
All submitted films will be shown for one whole week guaranteed to a live audience at the Lumiere Cinema in Hollywood/Beverly Hills, Music Hall 3, 9036 Wilshire Blvd, 90211.
This qualifies all submitted films to be entered to the Academy Awards and potentially win an Oscar.
